Kymberly Robinson
Chief Executive Officer

Founded on more than a decade of experience in business-to-business and consumer goods marketing, Kymberly provides executive direction in all efforts of the firm. Her expertise lies in multimedia, web, and new media design and development. Kymberly is an award winning graphic designer recognized by American Marketing Association, Philly Gold and Admissions Marketing Report. Kymberly is also recognized as an honored member of Cambridge's Who's Who Association.

Before working with Stratus Communications, Kymberly founded Blue Ruby Design, LLC. Kymberly also spent time working on the advisory committee of Teen Zone Magazine.

Renée T. Jones
Executive Vice President of Strategic Marketing

Before founding Stratus Communications, Renee Jones spent 12 years in global and national marketing and advertising. Renee’s experience includes all areas of management and leadership in the corporate environment: as an International Marketing Director; as President of an award winning marketing communications firm, and as President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Through her leadership as President of  Stratus Communications, one of the Philadelphia region’s most successful marketing communications companies, Renee developed marketing, branding and advertising strategies for a diverse client roster, including Verizon Communications, Kimberly-Clark, Lucent Technologies, Telcordia Technologies, the University of the Arts, Carnegie Communications, Scott Paper Company and Christiana Care.

Prior to founding Stratus Communications, Renee was a former International Marketing Director for the Franklin Mint and directed marketing programs for them in Paris, London, Mexico City and Media, PA. In this role, she was one of the first women in the U.S. to serve in an expatriate position for a major corporation.

Renee is Immediate Past President of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, the largest organization in the world for women entrepreneurs. Renee has lead the Chapter to regional and national prominence, through an integrated program of strategic alliances, educational initiatives, charitable giving; and public policy advocacy. During her Presidency, diversity was a key focus; alliances have been formed with major business groups and academic institutions in the area; member-focused educational programs have been introduced, and the financial health of the organization has improved significantly.

Renee is also National Founding Partner of Women Impacting Public Policy, in Washington DC, a non-partisan organization that supports and advocates for women’s business issues on a grassroots and national level. She co-founded and underwrote the establishment of their Pennsylvania Affiliate and sits on WIPP’s National Advisory Board. Renee was recently voted onto the Executive Board of The International Alliance for Women, a global organization that unites, supports and promotes professional women and their networks to work together, share resources, and leverage ideas. TIAW goal is to encourage, develop, fund and implement programs that foster economic empowerment and advancement for women around the world.

A frequent speaker at conferences and business programs, Renee is often called to testify at the State and City level on women’s business issues. Renee holds a Masters Degree in Human Services from Lincoln University and is an active member of the regional business community. Renee recently served on the Transition Team for incoming Governor Rendell of Pennsylvania and Serves on the Business Opportunities Task Force for the PA Department of General Services. She is also an adjunct Professor at Rosemont College teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and the Impact of Technology on Marketing.

Renee is a frequent speaker at business and Public Policy conferences and seminars including those of the National Association of Women Business Owners; WorldWIT; the Eastern Technology Council; Women’s Way; and the Global Women’s Business Forum at Temple University. She has been a guest on several TV shows including KYW; CN8 Newsmakers and WHYY; and has been quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.

Renee’s board positions include; the Executive Board of The International Alliance for Women, in McLean Virginia; the National Advisory Board of Women Impacting Public Policy in Washington DC; The Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners; and the Board of PathWaysPA an outreach and residential agency for women and children.

Anthony DeCrosta
Vice President of Creative Services

Tony is an accomplished writer with vast experience in all areas of marketing. He directs creative strategies from concept through implementation, ensuring a clear response to marketing and sales objectives. He is an award-winning journalist, editor, a copywriter, published author and part-time fiction writer.

Previously, Tony was the founding Director of Publishing Partners, Inc., Executive Editor of Medical Week Magazine and the Editorial Manager at Rodale Press and Springhouse Corporation.

Ronnie Berman
Vice President of Business Development

Ronnie is responsible for new business development. He has over 20 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, PR, both domestically and internationally, with companies in Education, Technology, Consumer, Telecommunications, and Pharmaceutical.

Tammy Hartman
Director of Client Services

With almost a decade of marketing and communications experience, Tammy handles business development and management of client accounts. Her expertise lies in research and higher education and business-to-business communications. Tammy holds s a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from West Chester University.

Sheri Kearney D'Auria
Director of Media Planning

With 10 years of marketing and media buying experience, Sheri's broad knowledge and keen insight is a great asset to Stratus Communications. Sheri is in charge of media planning for all accounts. Her expertise is in higher education, consumer goods, and telecommunications marketing. Sheri holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Drexel University.

Megan Dickson
Art Director

A graduate of the Hussian School of Art, in Philadelphia, Megan is the principal designer for Stratus Communications. She is in charge of art direction for all accounts and has created striking designs for numerous clients. Her work has been recognized by the American Marketing Association, Service Industry Advertising Awards and the Admissions Marketing Report.

Marc Zucchelli
Senior Programmer and Web Development Strategist

Marc's experience in programming and website development spans nearly a decade. Marc initiates and manages the cutting edge offerings of Stratus Communications, ensuring the ability to provide the most innovative services and solutions to Stratus clients. Marc is responsible for online advertisement, performance tracking and website development and is the pioneer of Stratus' proprietary online analytics and alert programs. Marc holds his degree in Business Administration.
